Core Values

  • Be trustworthy - Speak truthfully and kindly; embody honesty and integrity in all interactions; and do what you say.

  • Make amazing, but also good things - Make things reliably; use custom code only when necessary; leave comments, landmarks, and documentation behind; and make things easier for the next awesome admin to figure out.

  • Build partnerships - Great things are possible through cooperation and collaboration; give praise honestly and loudly; help others learn and grow selflessly; and be teachable.

  • Keep improving, every day.

All About Me

I am a multi-hyphenate Salesforce professional with a passion for solving Salesforce pain. I started my Salesforce journey as the business owner on a Salesforce Implementation. When the partner engagement ended we were left with a Salesforce instance that still needed customization to meet our needs. Having successfully worked on high-level technical projects prior, I stepped in and started to throw myself into the technical configuration and design to get my department live.

From there, I quickly progressed to more advanced configuration and additional clouds. Standing up Experience Cloud sites, Marketing Cloud journeys, custom apex code and system integrations. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I became an internal consultant working with other departments, business units and corporate entities to help them to adopt Salesforce and adapt to the rapidly changing business needs. This experience allowed me to get exposure to many more use cases and features very quickly. I was also given the opportunity to manage a team of internal and external Salesforce administrators and developers. In addition to managing the day-to-day Salesforce needs and products for the organization, I had full ownership of the vendor management, negotiating pricing, evaluating new products and preparing budgets and forecasts.  By the time that I transitioned into my next professional role, I had grown the Salesforce instance across ten teams and had nurtured a community of a dozen super users and admins.

As a part of the Olive Tree team, I was able to focus on the revenue operations and sales process features in Salesforce. Working with the sales team, I focused on driving revenue by improving the lead flow through the pipeline and improving system adoption. This was a great use of my email marketing experience and allowed me to grow my skills in revenue operations. I was also able to work as an internal consultant with their portfolio of companies, which allowed me to get a wealth of experience in venture capital, capital markets, real estate brokerages and other aspects of financial services.

Looking forward, I want to continue to grow my Salesforce skills and work on interesting new use cases. I would like to become a Certified Technical Architect and continue to deliver stellar results for my users.
